If you are a woman over 40 then you may be experiencing the same annoyance that I have. I'm talking about that fat that giggles under my arms. I have done every kind of arm exercise there is but I just can't seem to get rid of the extra fat and skin that hangs under my arms. It is nice to know that I am not alone as most women I talk to have the same problem.
